The staff product knowledge was absolutely excellent. We were allowed to literally try every mattress in the shop, with various techniques of telling what one was best for us, being given by the member of staff as we went round. Our needs were understood, no pushy sales, or swerving to one particular type of mattress, we had to find one that was suitable for me preferring firm and the other half preferring medium, so no easy task. The staff were very patient, and listened to our every request. There was a definite understanding that it is a big decision, and can be a very costly mistake if rushed.

We knew which bed we were wanting but unsure on mattress after looking and speaking to Matt he reassured us that the mattress we liked was suitable. he also helped guide us to the correct mattress protecter, pillows and duvets. Will definately be going back - couldn't have been more happier with the how friendly and helpful the staff are.

Great to test all the products and great prices. Matt greeted us on entry to the shop and gave us great advice as we were a bit lost to what we wanted. Matt was friendly and even showed my son some other mattresses while me and my partner tested others out. We even got a new matttess my son. Great shop and great staff. Kirsten greeted me asking if she could help straightaway I needed to buy a new mattress mine was very old and having a problem with my back and had been advised to replace it she was very helpful asking how many pillows I slept with which side and position I slept in she made my decision on which mattress to purchase easy in a friendly but professional manner.
