I came in to the store with my sister and we were both politely greeted by all memebers of staff and it wasn’t forced like most places. Then I was asked after look about it I neended help and my needs were met the girl was very helpful and friendly explained prices and different products. I am very happy with my purchase.

They were all very lovely in store and even made a cup of tea for myself and my friend and made placing the orde very easy.

Great help and service from the team in branch, felt they were trying to help us rather than sell us something. The measure being we had several bed shops to visit and we didn’t even bother going to the rest

Knowledge of product range

When we arrived we found that the store was very easy to navigate and the information provided for each mattress was very clear and easy to find. We were promptly provided a good quality pillow to use when trying each of the mattresses which made a big difference. We found that the mattresses on display were in excellent condition. Also, each member of staff that we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly lady and efficient

On entering the store we had no idea where to start looking. Kirsten quickly pointed us in the right direction and was on hand when we needed advice without being over powering as I have found when previously mattress shopping.

The staff were very accommodating and understood our needs and were sympathetic toward my disability. The salesman, Matt, was friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable about all the products. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making our purchase, everything was very relaxed and friendly.
