The sales assistant (Matt) was not pushy , gave myself and my wife the relevant information to the colour coded mattress on display left us to it ,and give him a shout if we needed help (cannot stand sales people following you around and being in your way whilst looking at products on display). Consequently i did ask him for assistance ,and he was very helpful , based on information given by himself and ourselves trying things out ,we came to an informed decision, and made a purchase.

The sales assistant encouraged us to try the beds and was very timely with additional help and advice without any unnecessary hovering.

The York store was great. The friendly staff helped me choose a mattress and a bed. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. The competitor that has just opened near by does not come close to the service provided. Very happy.

The member of staff (Ellie) was great in that she didn't rush to push her sales pitch to me. She allowed me to browse and then ask for assistanvpce as and when needed.

Very efficient friendly service, products were explained well helping us to make our choice. Staff were polite and knowledgeable about the items we were looking at.

Our female assistant (I believe her name was Charlotte, at York Dreams store) was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She offered assistance promptly while allowing my girlfriend and I time to explore the store and items ourselves. Once we found what we were looking for Charlotte helped us place the order for delivery on a date and time suitable for us with a more than acceptable price. Overall, I was highly satisfied and impressed with the service we received. I would highly recommend.

We were greeted quickly after entering the store I couldn’t see what I wanted but the member of staff knew the bed I meant from my description and found it for me to order one as it has changed to a newer version we was offered a hot drink . We have purchased a dreams bed before and no other beds compare so very excited for our new bed to arrive
