Soon as we walked in the assistant helped us we was only looking and thinking of getting a new mattress but ended up spending money on a new one

We came in on Sunday and only had half an hour. We spoke to Matt, he explained how it worked buying everything separately then said if we needed anyone just to call him. We had to go but said we would be back the next day. Again not pushy at all said we could call if we wanted instead. We had been to two other branded bed people and Matt was by far the best, product knowledge, politeness, just great customer service. We came back purely on the service, Matt was there again and helped us for over an hour. We chose a full bed and probably one of the most expensive mattresses. However he listened to exactly what we needed and health problems. Amazing service

Matt Gordon was an excellent representative for Dreams, we were attended to straight away and provided with a hot drink. Matt took time to understand our needs and then left us to try out the mattress. He also understood my specific needs with regards to my back injury having sustained a previous injury himself and recommended special pillows to alleviate the symptoms. Overall, he could not have provided a better service and I would like that to be recognised.

We were greeted by Matt who checked if we needed assistance in friendly way. He asked us about our needs and then explained the system used in store for categorising mattress types. He also explained the firmnesses of mattresses to help us to compare them. He encouraged us to try the mattresses with appropriate pillows and gave us space and time to test them. He would give guidance of which type to try next to help us to resolve which mattress would suit us best. His guidance was valued by us as we might have come away with the wrong mattress without his help. He had expertise about mattresses and sleeping positions etc that really aided our choice. He also helped us to make our order efficiently once we had decided.

They let me jump from one bed to another, Matt made my daddy a cup coffee while I tried the mattresses, it was good fun buying my new bed. Thanks Bessie aged 9.9 years old

We were greeted on arrival and Matt asked for our requirements in terms of buying a mattrass. He then proceeded to explain the different types of mattrasses, let us try at our own pace and without hassling us. He was available for questions when needed.

The store was welcoming on entering even though it was being upgraded. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the cup of coffee offered was gratefully received. The staff 's knowledge of the subject was excellent and added to my confidence in purchasing my bed, in fact I learnt a great deal about beds!

On our entry to this store we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman called Matthew and all the way throughout our shopping experience he took great care of us. He seemed very knowledgeable on the products and he understood our needs very well. He recommended numerous options and we ended up with our dream bed thanks to him. It is an outstanding value for the money we paid and I’m sure we will enjoy our investment for many years to come. I would highly recommend this particular Dreams store to anyone.

Matt was an excellent Sales person who took the time to understand our needs and provided us with options to consider. Very friendly and approachable compared to the sales people we dealt with in other bed stores.
