Matt was very helpful and put us at ease in the store, he wasn’t too pushy and helped us choose a mattress and bed that was right for us and within our budget. He was very knowledgeable and his advice helped inform us on the right choice of bed. He also offered me a cup of tea which was a nice touch and very welcome.

I was very sceptical when going into dreams to look for my daughter a new mattress, due to the fact that I had recently had such a negative experience with Bensons for Beds. I need not have worried because the moment I stepped into the store at Clifton Moore in York it was such a different experience. Matthew made us feel very welcome, he asked what sort of mattress we were looking for and showed us the ones available, then he left us to try the beds out at our leisure. My daughter was so unsure and struggled to make her mind up, Matthew gave her some different scenarios about the mattresses which gave her a lot of help otherwise we probably would still be in there. She was very happy with her choice and the customer service as was I. His knowledge about the mattresses was excellent and he wasn’t pushy. I would recommend Dreams without a doubt. I wish I had gone there for my own mattress then I wouldn’t be stuck with something very uncomfortable. Matthew is a credit to the store.

I was highly satisfied with the store at Clifton Moor York because we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, the man who saw to us was able to show us quickly where we were to go and explained the pros and cons of the 2 mattresses we did in fact end up buying, the store was freshly decorated, lovely, clean and well set out, not small and cramped like you get in some other bed shops! Absolutely brilliant service and store!
