Got what I wanted without wasting time unnecessarily. Lucky to be served by a friendly, knowledgable and understanding sales person.

Matt was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy or overbearing. We had dreaded the experience and he managed to make it completely painless - we even enjoyed it! We were extremely happy with the process he took us through and the explanations he gave to our questions. He even provided us with a cup of coffee half way through the process; a great touch, and much appreciated!

Immediate help and support from Dan who had an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things mattress related and explained exactly what the products available were, was a thoroughly good salesman in that he knew his product inside out and was not at all pushy. All the staff were very friendly and approachable. The store was clean and smart and well laid out. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience.

Me and my other halg went to view a matress to see which one to get and didnt feel preassured to buy anything like you do in other stores, he was very nice and we had a laugh while shopping, upon our return a few weeks later to place the order for the bed and matress we met another man who was just as friendly and nice and helped us out alot! We had such a pleasent day shopping and will definatly be back to the store again.

We came in looking for our first mattress after moving to the UK recently. We found the selection to have a good range or styles and we found that the prices were more reasonable than other stores. The representative who helped us pick one out was also very positive and helpful.

We found exactly what we were looking for with the help of the assistant. We purchased a Silentnigt bed and were able to take advantage of half price duvet and pillows.

We found a price acceptable bunk bed of a good quality and the store assistant guided us through the offer and on related mattresses. Product as. Immediately available for delivery and arrived as promised. Pleased with result.

I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes and got exactly what I wanted. Easily. The lady provided me with a pillow and asked me what I was looking for and suggested the products she thought would suit me best. Both on the more expensive and the cheaper instead of just trying to force me to get the more expensive one. All the payment and delivery was explained properly and I was all sorted very quickly and that’s exactly what I needed after a long day at work.
