Dreams - York

I was helped by two very kind staff members in two separate visits. The first was Ellie who helped me find the right frame and mattress for me and the second was Paul who processed the order. A great experience each time.

When we first walked in to Dreams I felt overwhelmed by the choice of mattresses and the different types of mattress commfort. A very friendly lady called Kirsten walked over to us and asked us if there was anything she could help us with. She explained the colour codes of the mattress and selected mattresses that she thought we would like based on what we were telling her. She had excellent product knowledge and was very enthusiastic about them. I particularly liked the way she did not automatically push us towards purchasing the most expensive mattress and she also allowed us time to think about each one we tried. She was very helpful and patient and was like a breath of fresh air - I was very impressed.

The reason was completely down to the young man who assisted us -from the minute we arrived he made us feel incredibly welcome and terribly important- his fabulous manner and great knowledge is the sole reason we made a purchase as we were actually coming just for a look - I was in a wheelchair which usually causes issues and my husband is a difficult to handle Yorkshire man?! - this gentleman blew us away. I hope that employees get praise and feedback as this chap is a superb asset to your company. I am unsure of his name - your York Clifton Moor branch he lives in Garforth - we don't often get praise wherever we work therefore I hope my thanks get back to him.
