Dreams - York

Visited for a quote and Kirsten couldn’t have been nicer. Very experienced and listened to what I wanted and recommended accordingly. Initially I went for three mattresses and a bed but ended up with an extra bed! But not because she was pushy but because her knowledge of the products and recommendations made sense. I went back the day after to order and was seen by Matt. Again very helpful and knowledgable and not pushy which makes such a difference when buying products. Ordered everything I wanted and was happy with the delivery date which isn’t until October due to personal reasons. Matt even recommended pillows same as he used and I bought four the day after. Am hoping new mattress and pillow helps my bad back! Pillow was so comfy last night by the way, a definite asset to our home! It’s all been a pleasurable experience and I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dreams in York.

I tried several shops looking for the right bed and was disappointed, loosing heart & wondering if i would find the right replacement bed. I think you know its the right bed as soon as you lay on the right one, & Dreams had the right one, I had no hesitation placing an order after the salesman after he gave me info on the company that made the bed & your comfort guarentee.

Matt was very friendly and knows everything about the products we were after; tried to help as much as he could in a friendly and fun way made us feel very happy and satisfied with our shopping.

From the moment we entered the store we were treated with total respect. The assistant was polite, informative and knew the products very well. There was no pressure to buy and we were given time to consider our purchase. We were extremely pleased with our visit and would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to our friends and relatives.

The sales women was not pushy at all and only came to give us information. Was available when we needed it. was highly helpful. I felt like she was answering my needs, and not pushing for a sale. this lead to her making the sale :)
