Friendly knowledgeable staff with just the right amount of sales focus - ie leaving me to browse but available for advice, also the right amount of targeted cross selling (extended warranties etc). I had a 2 and a 5 year old with me who the staff happily interacted with, making the purchase process a very pleasant experience.

All staff were so helpful and couldn't do anymore to help us

Matt was very friendly and guided us to a mattress to suit my backcare needs and my partners weight difference beside me. He showed us a range of mattresses and bed frames without trying to push the higher priced beds/mattresses which was nice as we had that elsewhere. He was so happy but not over powering and left us in peace when looking around but was there when we needed him for advice! We even left with a quote and looked around other places but due to his great customer service we decided to go back and give Dream’s our business! This was a very fun and pleasant experience .... walking away with a bed and mattress! He made sure we got the best deal possible and always kept us smiling even when our son was getting restless!
