Came into the store to purchase a new mattress. Was approached by one of the customer assistants who explained all the types of mattresses to me which was very helpful as they were colour coded. Was left for a little while to look around and try out the mattresses was even offered a cup of tea or coffee! I felt the customer assistant was very attentive and helpful and did not feel pressured at all into buying a mattress. The ordering process was quick and simple and can also get my old mattress took away. Would definitely come back to this store in the future and would also recommend it to friends and family.

Our assistant Matt was extremely knowledgeable about all the products. He listened carefully to our like and dislikes and gave appropriate recommendations, including a full budget range. Very friendly and helpful.

Walked in very confused and uncertain about which product would be correct for me with a bad back. I was needing a adjustable bed but Matt walked over he diddnt hound me. He spent over a hour talking through the options completely honesty no pushy sales talk (thank you!) Then he showed me to a lovely quiet corner told me I was welcome to hop onto this massage bed in private so could go through options on my own so had a very relaxing lay down. Then further offered tea or coffee. I aired my concerns and he found alternatives so I finally agreed on which bed I would like at no point was he pushy genuinely chatty kind and knowledgeable.

Got what we wanted. Very good service.
