Friendly welcoming staff, offered good advice. Made the process of buying a bed and mattress quick and easy.

We where greeted on entering the store and given all the information we needed before we went off to browse . The staff were not following around trying to push the beds but there was always someone nearby to answer any questions we had about the products. All the staff were very friendly and my mum and I found it a very pleasurable experience. We where offered tea and coffee before and after making our purchase. The store was clean and warm. We never felt pushed at any point to make a purchase which can be very off putting and had left a few stores because of this.our salesman couldn't have been more helpful and friendly as we're all the staff. Also loved the loved the Christmas jumpers. Well done Dreams staff.

The person helping us welcomed us into the shop and explained every5hing once we had told him what we wanted. He was knowledgeable and friendly as well as being efficient.
