Kirsten, the sales assistant we saw was very knowledgeable and also very helpful. she pointed us in the right direction and made sure we tried out several beds to be sure we were making the right choice for us.

After an initial greeting and an overview of how to identify the products we were just left to it, brilliant! Someone was readily available to discuss a sale after we’d browsed. Our chosen mattress was fairly priced for our needs.

Frances at the Dreams store at Cliftonmoor store was really helpful today and the first time we went in to shop for a new bed and mattress. She explained everyhting we needed to do and the best way to proceed.

Matt was a great help in picking both the mattress and bed frame and went over and above to make our visit enjoyable

as soon as we walked into store the work colleague frances was so helpful my partner has had a knee replacement on crutches she was so helpful explained all the beds to us asked us how we slept then left us to decide which on e after we choose she then asked us what pillers we use and got some memory foam to try on the bed we then purchase the bed at the table with a nice cup of coffee was offered a bed protecter and also insurance which we took overall experience very very good would definatly will be visiting again thankyou
