The sales person Matt was very helpful and patient with us as our needs were very specific.

We got wonderful service of a guy called Chris he was only young but new everything we wanted to know we were not pressured in any way so our shopping experience was great.

Matt was friendly and welcoming. He offered assistance but wasnt pushy. Explained the mattress colour system, gave advice and answered our questions well. We had just come from Bensons beds. We chose to purchase with Dreams as Matt had directed us to the right bed at the right price for us. He was efficient with processing the order and I feel he would give good customer service post purchase if needed.

We came into the store needing a number of items. Frances was great at pointing us in the direction of what we were looking for, giving us space to look but could see when we were confused or needed more help so came back to assist us. Frances advised us on a mattress to suit the sleeping pattern of our restless teenager and another mattress for our requirements. Frances also spent the time talking us through the different pillow types and also the additional protection packages available. The store had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and we would highly recommend to others.

The shop assistant Fances was very helpful. She gave us the time to explore, didn’t put any pressure on us and was approachable and friendly. She is an asset to the team and felt much more comfortable buying my mattress having her assistance

Store is clean and bright and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Frances in the York store saved us time and pointed us in the right direction for what we were looking for.

We found the assistant to be knowledgable and once advice given left us to make our choice between the two items we had selected. She also gave us good advice re a further purchase which we were happy to accept. Her product knowledge was good and she clearly outlined our options. She also explained the mattress exchange policy which was reassuring. Our purchases have not yet been delivered but we would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams or using the store again ourselves.
