the lady who dealt with me (Kirsten), was most knowledgeable and got me to try 3 beds recommended from the test machine. I wanted extra firm but Kirsten insisted that comfort was paramount and that I try the firm Balearic mattress too (the medium was too soft for me); I thought it would not be as good as the extra firm one, but it was actually more comfortable yet the correct amount of firmness for my needs! I have severe arthritis and coocydinia, so receiving expert advice was hugely important and necessary for me. Kirsten's expert guidance and knowledge was spot on! I am so glad I decided to shop in Dreams and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially those with medical/health issues who require assessment, extra information and clear, knowledgeable guidance - thank you so much.

The lady that served us was great not at all pushy and I shy like some annoying sales people. I love the fact she didn’t do small talk just sold us what we wanted.

I was allowed to browse before being targeted and then I was completely overwhelmed by the friendliness, knowledge and allowing me to use a machine that measured how I lay and based on my brief questions on preferred positions of sleep this gave me perfect options and all in all I bought a mattress that was twice my preferred budget however I left satisfied and guaranteed that I will be sleeping soundly.

The customer service was brilliant, and knowledgable. We felt welcomed and could try as many beds and mattresses as we liked.

The technology was very good in providing a number of beds which may be suitable for us. All the chosen beds were acceptable and would have been a good choice yet one was outstanding. Although it was more than we had planned to spend it was so comfortable we chose it. The whole experience was managed very professionally by Kirsten who was very friendly and a good listener. I was impressed that when I mentioned a bed I had seen online she showed us your equivalent and encouraged us to try it. She acted as an adviser rather than 'hard selling' and her product knowledge and personal manner made the whole experience very pleasant and encouraging in helping us to find the right mattress.

The assistant was knowledgeable but allowed us to browse without interrupting. When we had a question he supplied the answer straight away.

No pressure ro buy, and left to make our minds up with the support and knowledge of the staff when needed
