Chris who served me at the Clifton Moor branch was just so helpful. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and anytime I needed his advice, he was ready to help

We were fully satisfied with the advice and support that we were given so much so that, the following week, we returned to the store and they, being fully satisfied, bought a mattress.

Matt was lovely he listened to our needs and was very friendly, he got us the right beds and mattresses.

Had already decided before arriving the type of mattress I wanted . Frances listening to what I required and wasn't pushing me to get something I didn't want . I also ordered extra items that were on offer , I opted for the duvet instead of pillows and also took out the extra insurance and the offer of having old mattress taken away .Frances was very polite and I felt totally at ease at what was offered and found both staff members very friendly and well versed in what they could help with . The offers given were superb and would highly recommend this branch in York . 10/10

Delighted with salesman for his knowledge of what we were looking for also for his sense of humour and a good cup of coffee and tea very pleasant experince overall.

We were given excellent advice and explanations about suitable bed for my tall teenager and we were given different options and the time to choose. Delivery and everything was explained well and so was an offer on duvets and pillows. Friendly staff, great company and I got a coffee.

Paul was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. This is the first time I’ve bought a brand new bed and I’ll definitely return to the store for anything I may need in the future.
