Was looked after very well.Everything was explained and various options shown.Nothing was too much trouble.

From opening the door to enter l couldn't have had better service. Friendly staff who gave me as much time and help as I needed.Francis suggested I try a few mattresses to find the right one,offered me a drink and spent ample time showing me materials and different bases.Well Done Dreams.!

Frances who served us had a good product knowledge we wanted a bed for my 14 year old son . She had a good rapour with my self and my son. He was assessed for the type of mattress he would need and we were shown a selection of mattresses in varying prices. We then choose a bed frame it was the last day of an offer so we got 20%off the frame free delivery very happy. Would use dreams again and recommend to others.

Excellant service non pushy but highly informative

Friendly knowledgeable staff with excellent rapport immediately apparent. Plenty of time and advice given to us to help us make a decision and factual information showed their product knowledge. From first entering the store to paying for our goods, we were shown courtesy and smiling genuine friendliness.....very impressed with the whole process. Thank you very much Kirsten and male colleagues 😁

Great service from start to finish

At your Clifton Moor Centre (York) store, we were made to feel welcome by Matt. We were given the time we needed (with a hot drink), with the sales advice not being pushy. Our children were also made to feel welcome - Matt treated them as customers aswell, making the process much easier. After comparing products at other nearby stores, I returned to Dreams specifically because of the excellent way we had been treated.

Matthew gave us a warm welcome on entering the store. Talked us though the products too allow us to look at our leisure then knowing we were lost on where to start he asked us to try the assessment bed to tell us what we needed then walked us though the store (given us correct pillows to use to which we purchased as well) pointing out the most suitable beds for ourselves. All the time we were very impressed by his knowledge of the products, friendliness & humour. All the time he had time for anyone in the store setting everyone at ease as it’s not always the best too shop for beds when you have other customers watching etc.

We were a little overwhelmed with the complexity of buying the mattress that we wanted. It was with relief that when we entered the Dreams store in Clifton York we were approached by your sales assistant Matt, who was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant manner with no hard sell, just useful information on all the question we had. He was able to direct us to the mattress that suited our requirements and overall we were very pleased with our experience at Dreams and count ourselves lucky to have been so well served by Matt,
