Matt the store assistant was highly knowledgeable and very helpful. This was 7:30pm and he still had enthusiasm and a friendly attitude. Walked in and within 15 minutes we had chosen a mattress with Matts help.

Excellent staff - very helpful and not too pushy. Have us plenty of time to decide and lie on the beds. Loved the device for calculating the type of mattress we should try.

We were given great service , very friendly staff . Offered refreshments and generally tended to very wrll

Despite having IT issues where the system voided the order 3 times, he remained professional and calm.

Chris was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find what we wanted straight away, we had fun doing it, and we went away having purchased exactly the product we needed.

The service given by Francis at your Clifton Moor store was excellent. She greeted us when we arrived and then left us to wander. She then gave us the opportunity to try out the tester for mattress suitability and was very helpful in selecting the correct firmness that we required. She made us a coffee and there was no pressure to buy. We didn't intend to buy today but she was so helpful and we felt that we had made a very good choice that suited us on cost but more importantly on comfort so we made the purchase. At all times Francis was very informative on the products available , friendly and helpful as well as very discreet when completing personal data onto the computer

Paul sympathised with my situation and acted like he was wanting me to pick the right mattress for me, like it was being tailor made. He considered the bed base that I would be using.

Matt was hilarious and knowledgeable and took time with us and was so very helpful. No hard sell. No pressure and best of all no patronising sales person behaviour towards myself as the lady of the family! Treated us like VIPs ok every visit (there were four!) and talked us down from the priciest and fanciest mattress to the one best for us, meaning we bought a sofa bed aswell from him! Just an awesome experience.
