He asked how he could help and we were after a mattress for a double bed. We got what we wanted for a very reasonable price with pillows in with the deal. Matt was very professional and knowledgable. He showed me a variety of products from different price ranges ..giving me advice on all but no pressure.

Kirsten was extremely helpful without being pushy. She asked appropriate questions to find out our requirements, offered the mattress selection service then showed us suitable mattresses. She then left us to look at the various beds available & once we had made a choice, made two lovely cups of tea which we enjoyed while our order was processed. A choice of delivery dates was offered to fit in with our busy lifestyle! We came away feeling very happy with our purchase & the service received. Will definitely visit again when we need another bed.
