We were looking for a firm mattress and the gentleman in question show us a couple and because we were in too mind he then showed us a medium which was more like a firm at a very reasonable price spoke us through everything..helped with arranging delivery and disposal of our old mattress all under our budget...fantastic member of staff!!

We didn't know exactly what we were looking for on entry. Matt in the store helped us narrow it down very quickly according to our preferences, gave us a small range of products to test, and advice on the pros of each. He then made sure we had the time and space to evaluate things properly.

Kirsten was so friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable of the mattresses and told us what each colour meant. When placing our order she took her time and explained each stage to us. She was amazing.

i was not pounced on as i walked through the door! the staff let me browse at first then asked if i wanted any help. Matt immediately put me at ease he appeared knowledgeable and listened to me. he was not pushy or forcing the expensive mattresses. he took time and didn't appear pressured. when i said i wanted to go and think and bring a family member to view he was fine his attitude didn't change. when i went back 2 days later he remembered me and was again spot on. we chose the mattresses we wanted and transaction was sorted quickly.
