The gentleman that helped me at the Clifton Moore store in York (Paul) was extremely helpful, knew exactly what he was talking about, listened to the things i was saying i wanted/needed, he came over to my mum and I as soon as we walked into the store. He certainly made buying my new bed and mattress alot easier and stress free! I probably wouldnt of bought my new bed if it wasnt for Paul.

Lots of choice in store. Very knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed using the bed that scanned us to see which bed would be good for us.

We were not pounced on the minute we walked in the store!!! but an assistant was close by to advise us on the colour coding of the display beds,showing us one or two with features to look for. We were the told we could wonder at our leisure and offered a drink .We eventually asked Matt (York Store ) to advise us andtalk us through the qualities etc of Mattresses most suitable for our needs.He knows everything about every mattress,we never felt pressured and left with a few choices to think about.We did look at mattresses elsewhere but 2 days later revisited Dreams in York and eventually purchased a mattress and are awaiting delivery.

Staff were exceptional not at all pushed to buying anything very honest as to getting the right mattress as I was buying for my 94 year old Mum and needed advice, nothing was too much trouble. Hope the two gentlemen at the York shop are as well looked after by your company as well as they looked after us as staff that care about customers like they did are a rare commodity these day So! Kirsten was extremely accommodating, knowledgable and helpful. We were offered tea/coffee on arrival and made to feel at ease. Kirsten explained everything clearly so we were able to understand, we will definitely recommend dreams to our friends and family.

We thought Matt was outstanding and came back to the store the next day specifically to make a purchase through him rather than online. His customer service was excellent.
