The sales assistant Matthew was extremely helpful and guided us to the mattresses that fitted our needs best and gave us full in depth details about the bed frames and mattresses he showed us. He spent ages catering to our specific needs and gave us an outstanding level of customer service. I would 100% recommend my friends and family to use the service in store due to the high standards we experienced from the cleanliness of the store down to the amount of choice and great service that the store provided me and my partner! Also we would definitely buy again in the future.

The staff member, Chris Giff, in the York store was extremely helpful and took time to explain everything. It seemed like her truly cared. His service was excellent and friendly.

Quick visit.....Matt helped my daughter choose the right mattress. We had an idea which bed we wanted and my order was processed quickly with no messing about. Everything was explained clearly and I wasn’t pressured in to making a decision straight away. Because I wasn’t pressured, I chose to make the purchase straight away.

Excellent salesman who spent time understanding our needs and our budget and went to a lot of trouble to find us the right bed. Very friendly and easy to talk to with no high pressure sales.

The staff weren't pushy, knowledgeable and friendly, with no pushy sales just facts, didn't push us into a certain product either

Very nice assistant. Clear with her communication, but not pushy. There were a few customers in the store and shedid her best to help everyone whilst making sure no one was left floundering.
