The customer assistant, Matt, went above & beyond what he needed to. Great service, speedy ordering and delivery date suited us. Felt comfortable and ended with a mattress that was perfect for us, with added extras thrown in.

Our sales advisor Matt was extremely patient with me and my partner as we went back and forth between a couple of beds and struggled to choose a mattress.. he helped us by showing us to the mattresses that the new mattress machine suggested would be best for us. We were there with our children who as kids do started to get bored, Matt was amazing with them and got all 3 of them sat drawing pictures for him which they loved doing. We left feelng happy with our purchase and will definitely be back and would 100% recommend dreams to anyone looking to by a bed or mattress.

The salesman Chris was really cheerful and helpful; spending a lot of time assisting us in the choice of both mattress and bed frame and giving us the opportunity to the machine to help chose the best mattress for us. His advice was useful and he appeared very knowledgable of all items in store.

Our sales person Nicola was very helpful and demonstrated the mattress test machine which we tried and it helped in making our decision on buying from you. All the staff were friendly and made us welcome., we enjoyed our visit to your store and came away satisfied.Thank you.

Having not bought a bed for some time we were unsure what we wanted, however the assistant could not have been more helpful in discerning our needs. The store itself is bright & welcoming & beautifully laid out showing the beds off to perfection. Oh and they even made us a great cup of coffee!

The staff member Chris was excellent throughout from initial questions to establish our needs. Explanation of the computerised test bed. Advise on the various options and prices. Apersonable young man knowledgeable and clearly enjoying the job. I commend him without resrvation.

The Assistant Manager gave great advice in a friendly manner, he was approachable but not overly familiar - perfect balance. I trusted his knowledge and he listened to our needs. We left with a great deal and we are very happy customers. On collection the team was just as friendly and helpful though a different day. Thank you to the York store and its team.
