Dreams - York

Our assistant, Nikki, could not have been more helpful explaining patiently the difference between the various mattresses and inviting me to try the machine which assesses which mattress is best for me. I thought your prices very reasonable and a very good selection was on display. Overall I enjoyed the experience of shopping at Dreams and left with a smile on my face. I would recommend Dreams in Clifton Moor to anyone.

The staff were very lovely at Dreams York. Kirsten and her colleague, a male assistant manager, were kind and knowledgable and had good chat. We love our new bed.

Upon arrival we were greeted, we were asked if we needed any help, we were offered a drink and were given some good advice on the type or style of bed we were looking for. Nikki was very helpful and assisted us very well.

Excellent customer service- Needed 2 items but only had one the staff member ordered one from another store to be collected in 3 days

Mathew from the york Clifton moor office spent a great deal of time with me letting me try out different mattresses and offers available at this time. I could not have made the decision as easily without his guidance. Very friendly and efficient with a great understanding* of the products.

I entered the shop in the afternoon and Chris was amazing - he was knowledgeable and explained different mattresses and beds extremely well. The kids also found him very entertaining and made what they thought would be a boring shopping trip fun for them. When we returned later to make the purchase having looked in other shops Matt very generously allowed us to take our time despite it being closing time and even cancelled his taxi so he could help us make our order. They were both excellent at hearing what kind of things we wanted and then showing us what was available within our budget. I shared our positive experience with a family member who had a similar experience with another branch of Dreams.
