Matt at Dreams in York was extremely helpful My Mum and myself were both shopping for beds and he helped us both with lots of enthusiasm. He helped me to get the best price for my bed and mattress and included additional items that managed to give me a fantastic discount price overall. Very enjoyable!

Your female staff member Nikki was immediately available on entry to your York store. I explained clearly my needs (purchase of a guest bed for soon to be arriving relatives and friends). I explained about the limited use which the bed would have, and the need for a lower priced bed/comfort system. She showed me a selection of mattresses, divan bed bases and headboards, and as I have older relatives and friends, recommended the slightly firmer mattress. She then checked availability for delivery within my very limited timescale and provided a quote and checked delivery. On arrival at home, I measured to check the bed would fit, and phoned the stor to place my order. I was immediately connected to Nikki, who brought up the quote, and I placed the order by phone. I was able to select the delivery slot which I needed in order to be certain that I could be home to receive the items. I have received the stated confirmatory emails about my order. And I now await delivery on Thursday this week (afternoon delivery). My mobile will be used to contact me, I understand, the day before, to confirm delivery slot. All in all very satisfied so far. Thank you very much.

Kirsten did us proud, from the minute we walked into the shop.

Nichola/Nikki (at the York Clifton Moor store) helped us find the mattress that we required, as we did not know. She then catered to our budget and requirements and offered advice and alternative products to help. She helped us with finding a bed frame within our budget with storage, and was not pushy or pressuring. Really friendly and let us take as much time as we wanted to be sure. Very happy with the service.

The customer service from Kirsten was excellent, from our initial visit where she priced up different options, provided information and advice as well as information around timescales etc. We then returned to store and were fortunate to be able to speak to Kirsten again who again provided great advice and went through the options available to us. Kirsten is a great ambassador for Dreams and made us feel at ease in ordering the products we needed.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at the York Dreams store thanks to Kirsten . Who knew the mattresses we were coming to view as I had checked they were in store previously . Kirsten had all in mind as we entered the store and showed us to exactly what we wanted to see. Made sure we had pillows on each bed and left us to decide between our choice of mattresses while checking back to make sure we were well informed and comfortable with our experience every so often . I noticed many other people experiencing the same in a very chilled and comfortable setting thanks to Kirsten . Buying a mattress can be quite stressful . Not in this case. 10/10 Kirsten . Thank you .This is my fifth mattress from Dreams but definitely the best service. 🌟
