We were given all the info etc we required, from very courteous people, and left to do as we wished. Never rushed or pressured, but given every help we required. A very pleasant experience, and service we thought was a thing of the past. Almost a pleasure to spend money! ( well almost).

Nikki was lovely, helped us choose the correct firmness of mattress and she and all her colleagues engaged professionally and yet with a great sense of humour which made the whole experience enjoyable. We had only intended on looking but ended up purchasing and a mattress of higher quality and price without feeling pressurised in any way.
