There was no pressure on us to buy, but once we said what kind of bed base we were looking for, both assistants were very helpful, friendly and approachable. We were offered 2 bottles of chilled water..very grateful for that extra care on a very hot day !!

I knew what I wanted, found it and was able to order it.

Very friendly staff had a great time in store let us take our time no pressure in purchasing knew what we wanted and what we could afford had a laugh which sometimes is very rare highly recommend the York store thank you for a great deal and experience!

I was amazed that i was able to walk around without being approached but was met with a friendly smile and a 'morning' it was refreshing and unexpected. After trying a couple of beds we were then approached with excellent customer service in a very friendly non salesy manner. Both sales assistants were excellent on their information and did not push us in any direction but left us to come to our own decision. Bought a mattress and pillow and have to say probably one of the nicest shopping experiences we have had when parting with hard earned money for quite a boring purchase although necessary.

It was the first shop I went in and felt I had no reason to look elsewhere as I was satisfied with service quality and price.
