Nikki was absolutely fantastic. Explained everything thing in detail thought our time in store. She new when we needed a few minutes to think things over. Service was fantastic.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and we got what we wanted fairly quickly at a fair price. The showroom was clean and welcoming. Our delivery was booked for within the week.

The staff were more than helpful - we were unsure of which mattress we needed/wanted. We were looking to buy one on the cheaper side and we were shown a vary of different mattresses ranging from firm to softer. The gentleman explained the difference of each one which helped us come to our decision. We were also given free drinks!

We were looked after as soon as we arrived to store Kirsten was very knowledgeable and explained the mattresses too us and let us try them out.

The sales assistant used the sleep machine which was great in finding our recommended mattresses to look at and try. She as also good a giving the kids things to occupy them whilst we were doing this. Good having Haribo there!

Friendly staff nothing was too much trouble and not pushy which I liked as most places that sell have pushy sales people and I think it’s nice and welcoming when they are on hand to advise and help when needed but don’t make you feel forced into buying. Very happy with the service and staff.
