The person who dealt with us was so helpful but personable. He showed us several options and didnt push us to buy the most expensive.

The first member of staff that greeted me was Vikki who first asked if we were OK and then offered a hot drink, which we declined as I had just had one. Vikki then asked if we required any assistance or would like to browse first. We elected to have assistance which was no trouble in fact Vikki was most helpful.

The quality of service from entering the store to leaving was excellent. All the information we needed to choose our new bed was given quickly and courteously. The friendliness and care we were shown during our visit there was exemplary. Have bought from this store before and certainly would do so again.

The assistant Nikki was lovely and helpful

From the moment we arrived we was looked after.Everything about the product was told to us in great detail and Nicki was very friendly as well as being very professional. We thought she was a credit to your company.

We were shopping for my mum, she has awful pain in her back and hips and dreams was the 4th shop we looked at. We were offered the dream match thingy and a cup of tea, Nikki, the staff member was fantastic, my also has breathing issues so she let her take her time and carried her cup of tea for her. Her knowledge and understanding of the products was great. Hopefully this mattress will last longer than 3 months
