Fabulous customer service. Never once felt pressured. Felt at ease when testing out the beds. Not rushed at all. Great conversation. Super service.

Staff very friendly and helpfull

Store and items were excellent but by far our assistant Matt was just fabulous - helpful, informative, available but not “hovering”. We would return to this store and advise friends and family about it for one reason above all others - Matt.

We were very impressed with Nikki knowledge, attention to detail and customer service.

We were approached in a very friendly manner by Matthew who then gave us the benefit of his experience still in a friendly manner. He didn't try to push us in any one direction and showed us all across the price range. All in all it was a very good experience without that most annoying of things...... a pushy salesperson

Nichola was very helpful from the moment I walked into the store she greeted me, offered assistance alongside valuable information about the beds I was looking for, offered me a chance to test the beds as well as drinks and pillows. I’ll come back any day.

Nikki greeted us was not pushy in anyway. We we offered drinks and biscuits. All the staff were very friendly. We tried several beds before deciding which one to purchase .very impressed with the service
