Found what I wanted immediately. Store staff were brilliant and knowledgeable. Easy ordering and short time to wait for delivery

The sales advisor Matthew could not have been more friendly and helpful, he assisted us by using the sleep match and then going through ever option with us and explaining the differences between the matches. He offered us a warm drink while we were making our decision and left us alone to make our choice. We felt relaxed and actually enjoyed the experience of choosing our new bed. All member of the sales team were lovely and could not do enough to help.

We were assisted by Chris who was great, very helpful and knowledgeable about the various products, we will be returning to buy a mattress. Overall 10/10 visit.

From the moment we entered the York store Nikki was very helpful and had perfect knowledge on all beds and took her time and showed us which was the perfect bed for us.

Friendly helpful staff, not pushy

We didn't receive any communication requesting payment of balance which resulted in the order being cancelled, however after some swift work by the York branch the order was reinstated and the delivery made as promised.

Really good experience and not pestered when we walked in which made it a lot better experience.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff not pushed into anything, even made us a cup of tea.
