Nikki has helped me before as well. She was polite and kindly offered me a beverage. She helped me set up my student account so I could have a discount. She was thorough and professional. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Definitely the reason I came back to dreams was the helpful staff. Have been helped by Chris in the past as well.

Nichola was very understanding of our requirements and offered us a wide range of products to assess. She explained everything and it was easy for us to make a decision. She then explained everything carefully as we went through the order and when taking payment. Left the store happy and looking forward to our new mattress being delivered

As soon as we walked into our local branch we were greeted friendly and made to feel relaxed. The store was explained to us and we were given a moment, then Chris came and helped us found our perfect mattress. We even left the branch to discuss and came back to the same greeting. Every step of the process was explained, relaxed, no pressure and actually really fun. A huge part of this was the staff member who served us, Chris.

Overall experience was very good .. Received this survey prior to receiving the products so unable to comment on the bed/mattress .. Only negative comment was that there were only two members of staff during a busy time and I had to wait to be served.. the member of staff that served me was apologetic and served me as quickly as he could, he was very polite, jolly and helpful..
