My experience at Dreams was a lovely one. The bed was for my daughter and they engaged with her and encouraged her to try many mattresses to see which one she preferred. The assistance was very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses too.

Greeted by Matt in York on arrival into the store. Asked what we were looking for, pointed us in the correct area then left us to look round the options. Tea and coffee offered. Knowledge very good and overall experience was enjoyable hence purchasing the product
