Great product and exceptional customer service from start to finish

Matthew and his colleagues at the York store were excellent. Really friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the air bed I purchased (no bag in the box) and when I called Matthew solves the problem.

My partner and I were highly satisfied due to the person who was helping us having a very good knowledge of the product and was also extremely helpful, which led us to actually purchasing the bed without considering looking elsewhere.

Very bright welcoming store with plenty of products available to try out. Matt the sales adviser who helped us was brilliant, didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when trying out the mattresses, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us space when we needed it so we could make a decision. Great guy!
