The staff were highly attentive and very helpful from the moment I walked into the store starting with the hygiene and safe distancing to to the experience of explaing the different mattresses and what support I personally needed I felt I wasn't rushed into deciding my options and that I was assisted very well I have no complaints what's so ever a great experience.

The young lady Niki was fantastic , very friendly and I was totally satisfied with all the help she gave me in the Clifton moor store.

The member of staff who served us was extremely knowledgeable. Social distancing and hygiene standards were high and cleanliness was impeccable.

I was assisted by a lovely young lady who was extremely helpful and very pleasant new exactly what I wanted when I explained what I was looking for and gave me several options
