The member of staff was very helpful, taking time to understand what we were looking for, measuring out needs on the electronic bed to determine the mattress to suit our needs. The staff were highly attentive and very helpful from the moment I walked into the store starting with the hygiene and safe distancing to to the experience of explaing the different mattresses and what support I personally needed I felt I wasn't rushed into deciding my options and that I was assisted very well I have no complaints what's so ever a great experience.
