I was attended to by a Dreams staff members as soon as I entered the store, who guided me through the COVID measures, pointed out the hand sanitiser, and was extremely helpful throughout my whole visit, pointing out alternative products for consideration and helping me select the correct product.

Was very easy to work with the staff, they encouraged us to try different mattresses and kept telling us to compare ones we'd already lay on by trying them again

The staff was very friendly and efficient & with the new 3 minute bed thingy is a great let’s hope it works But the pillows that was recommended works a treat
