Friendly staff not too pushy & knowledgeable

The woman who welcomed us into the store, I believe her name was Chloe, was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we also purchased the extras she recommended. She didn’t upsell the extras in a way a lot of sales people do, we felt her recommendations were on point and done with genuine care which is a rare occurrence!

Chloe made the experience a good one, highly knowledgable, and extremely warm and friendly. Felt like nothing was too much trouble

We had a great experience at Dreams, particularly due to Chloe at the Worthing store. She started us with the Sleepmatch in order to determine what sort of mattress would best suit our needs. She then showed us several options, so we could pick the best match. She explained all the various options/add-ons, explained about delays in shipping the bed-frame, and overall gave us a feeling of professionalism and friendliness that makes for an excellent shopping experience. Truly impressed, and we will surely come back and recommend this shop to our friends and relatives!

Trevor assisted us at Dreams Worthing. He was very knowledgeable and talked us through all the points that we raised. What was really appreciated, was that at no time did we feel pressurised into buying a mattress - so thank you Trevor :) We are really pleased to have the 40 nights benefit with our new mattress along with our mattress being fully covered for the 8yrs. What is there not to be Highly Satisfied with?
