Excellent service from start to finish! Booked an appointment to try the sleep match and were greeted by a friendly assistant. Offered a hot drink and explained the process. Then given good explanation of results. Given plenty of time to try and compare different mattresses. Assistant was sensitive to our needs and offered helpful advice. Given a full quote and offered free mattress protector as part of a special offer. When we returned to make our purchase the sales assistant immediately recognised is and helped us to complete our order. Customer service done right. Will highly recommend this store!

Staff were friendly and offered help straight away. When told that we were browsing having been in a few weeks before, they left us to look and returned a short while later. Staff were very helpful in suggesting the different types of mattresses to choose from and showed each of them in turn. Very satisfied with the service we received.

James at your Worcester Store was just brilliant. We had a mattress in mind, however he took the time to identify our needs & expectations and, without any pressure or hard selling, made other recommendations for consideration. As a result, we have a superb matttess, and a couple of extras - all delivered within 6 days! The communications from your delivery team & the driver were faultless too.

James who served us at the Worcester store was really friendly, knowledgable and really listened to our specific requirements for a mattress. We felt he sign posted us to what we needed, rather than having us try out every single mattress in the store. Lovely guy and we would definitely return to the store if needed in future.

We had intended to shop around in different places but after our experience in store, that went out the window and all we had to decide on was which frame out of two we wanted as the mattress was a done deal!
