Charlotte was very helpful knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all

James helped us through the minefield of mattress types and helped us find a couple that we really liked. He then gave us some time to make our decision. Helpful without being overly pushy.

The staff were so welcoming and fun and made me and my family extremely welcome creating a really relaxed environment.

Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, answered every question I had and were happy to spend time finding the right bed for me. I had never purchased a bed before and staff made it an extremely easy and enjoyable process

I went in to buy a speific mattress I'd seen on line the assistant persuaded me to try your assessment bed and I ended up buying a different mattress which was £100 cheaper. The assistant Charlotte was very pleasant offering tea or coffee.
