Great customer service. It was very convenient to find out the right mattress for us based on the computer measurements.

Georgia who assisted us was highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout our visit. We had the lovely burden of having a tiny baby and a very enthusiastic toddler with us, Georgia and the rest of the staff made us feel very welcome and the fact our toddler was kept entertained for the duration of the visit spoke volumes. Thanks again to all we will be returning.

James attended to our needs, and was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. We later in the day came back and bought a 3rd bed.

We received assistance from Lauren and she was amazing. Very knowledgable, not at all pushy and very engaging with our two young children who wanted to ‘try out’ all the beds.

James was very helpful and polite. He even made us a cup of tea. We did not feel rushed or pushed into placing an order. I felt that he was happy to spend as much time with us as we needed.
