From the when we walked in we had a warm welcome. Charlotte was very helpful and professional.

Great friendly staff who offered their assistance the moment we walked in. Great knowledge of the products we were looking for and the ability to offer online products. Went through specifications with us and made sure we were happy with what we were purchasing. Great team!

From the minute I was approached by the sales rep I felt immediately at ease. He was friendly and jovial. He directed my daughter to a table with coloring pads and books so we could continue un hindered my a precocious 8yo. His confidence and knowledge made me realise I'd come to the right place for my new bed.

I visited the store on a couple of occasions, Georgia & Adam were both extremely helpful. Georgia welcomed me and got me to use the machine that helps you pick out the best mattress suited for the way you sleep. She showed me around the selection of mattresses and easily explained about the difference between them. She listened to what I wanted out of a bed frame and storage and showed me a good selection. When ordering the bed and mattress Georgia offered me a drink and was really friendly and chatty. Adam helped with the delivery date and change of mattress size with the warehouse as I had previously ordered a different size; they were able to rectify this straight away with ease. Really friendly staff, would recommend to family and friends

Waz made welcome by Georgia who's customers care waz excellent she helped me n my partner n we wanted Bed frame n New mattresse we spoke to her as myself and my partner Both suffer with lower Back problems n Georgia showed n help very well in us finding what we needed she also offered cup of tea or coffee or a cold Bottle of water

Very helpful staff, although they were very busy they mad contact with us very soon after entering the shop. Made us feel welcome and let is know they would be with us as soon as possible which gave us enough time to have a look around ourselves. James then came over to see if we needed any help, he guided us through the different products after checking our sleeping habits, we didn't feel under any pressure to buy a particular bed at mattress, just well as used and satisfied with our purchase.
