We walked in and we’re immediately greeted, we were offered hot drinks and the sleep match service which found our perfect mattress which we went on to order. From there we revisited the store on Boxing Day to place the order and the lady who helped (Lauren) already remembered our order choices which sped up the process.

The store manager was exceptionally helpful on discussing beds. I had lots of queries based on a recent article I read. In fact I will now buy a new bed earlier than planned. He really knew his stuff

I met James who was extremely helpful and friendly. He guided me through my various options and gave me time to make my own mind up.

Lauren was extremely helpful and approachable at the store. She took her time explaining her knowledge of the products and entertained my daughter who is 7 months old. she found me a bed that is suitable for us

Quick but informative

Georgia spent a lot of time explaining everything to us. She gave us plenty of time try different mattresses until we found the right one. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Myself and my partner initially came into store back in September - we were getting ideas for a bed (base and mattress) for when we move into our new home. We were served by a lovely gentleman named James, he provided us with every bit for information we could possibly need/want. Whilst we did not by anything back in September (due to us not having a moving date for our new house) we absolutely knew that we would be back. Now in November, finally having our moving in date, we rushed back to dreams to finalise what we wanted to buy. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a member of the team named Adam. It should be noted that it was quite busy in store and there were only three member of staff working, however this being said, they all performed their jobs fantastically, never ignoring or neglecting a single customer. We were assisted in the choosing of our bed by a lovely, enthusiastic lady named Lauren, who offered us a hot drink while we waited to place our order for the bed. the order of the bed was placed by Adam, who made sure that every step of the way was explained and that we understood the process. All in all,an EXCELLENT example of great customer service by all staff
