Lauren met us as we entered the shop and focussed on our needs the whole time we were there. She knew all about the products and explained things helpfully and clearly. She was very good.

All of the assistants were well presented, friendly and polite. The assistant who served us was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone was really welcoming, the bed that grades what you need was spot on and we were happy with the price we paid.

There was a wide selection of beds, mattresses and headboards to choose from and the Dreams colleague (Georgia) spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the products and the cover available.

The assistance we received from Georgia was brilliant. She helped identify what kind of mattress we needed and then took us straight to the best options. We went away and thought about it and when we returned she helped us finish the sale.

The dreams colleague , Laura was very helpful , knowledgeable and professional. Using the computerised system to help in the selection of the right mattress certainly made selection easier . Would certainly use the store again.

Great service

Went to your Worcester store to buy a low level bed base for my 88 year old Mum. I was shown various bases not of which fitted my needs, the guy who served me checked all stock and came up with the perfect solution. Good price and it will be delivered when I am next visiting Mum...I live in Southampton...simple straight forward, lovely professional staff..a pleasure!
