We found Giorgia very professional and knowledgeable on all the mattresses. She asked the right questions, gave us time to answer them and was able to find us the perfect mattress. She made us feel comfortable and we found her easy to talk to. So we made sure we went back to Giorgia later that same day after we had gone away to think about what we wanted. My husband and I have worked in sales and customer service for many years and we were both impressed with her knowledge and attitude. The product range available and expected delivery times were excellent too.

Charlotte was so friendly and helpful, and I didn't feel pressured at all during the visit. After initially planning to have a look in store and then online, I ended up choosing to buy in store straight away thanks to Charlotte's knowledge and friendliness.

The visit was fine and I was looked after during making my choice of mattress. I just don't see the need to go into superlatives and was happy with the transaction. The staff did their job and were friendly and helpful.

Friendly and knowledgable staff but by no means pushy. Refreshing to not have a sales person trying to sell us something we didn’t want !
