We had not only one but two staff members assisting us....Big James and Little James...they were very helpful and their knowledge of the product went a long way in helping us make the right decision.

A member of staff welcomed us to the store, asked how she could help and went through a range of beds which met our needs. She was very knowledgeable and made our choice easier. We were also given plenty of time on our own to discuss our choices and to look at a range of fabrics.

I was very satisfied at all time spent in shop. We have been offered drinks an some colouring books for our kids. They loved it ! Very good knowledge about individual needs. Good prices and big discounts and deals offered by staff member Charlotte. Will highly recommend to my friends and back in future for kids beds.

Staff very friendly and helpful, was helped by Charlotte. She seem to know what she was talking about and helped me with the mattress I wanted. Very easy to talk to.

The staff were informative friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonably competitive. The range was adequate for our requirements. Mostly the staff were the deciding factor in making a purchase.

Friendly staff with good product knowledge. Showed and explained a variety of products not just the most expensive and explained the details of each. Once we had decided the order process was quick and efficient and he product delivered on time.

James was very helpful also wasn’t to full on with us just all round very good
