We were greeted promptly and in a polite and friendly way. The shop assistant was very knowledgeable and listened to what we had to say and our questions were fully answered. She helped us with the product related maters, the delivery procedure and the payment and finance procedures really well. All in all a pleasant experience.

James (little) was fantastic and very attentive. He had good product knowledge and we left with pillows we hadn’t gone in for so he clearly must be a pretty good salesman too!
