Could not have been more helpful with both the assistant and the manager working to meet what we wanted. A really good experience

Excellent personal service from Georgia. The sleep match machine was explained and used to inform my choice. I had my own pillow for testing the mattresses. Touch points were cleaned during my visit. I was offered refreshments.

Georgie was excellent - friendly but professional - also knowing when to offer help and when to give me chance to browse. She showed me the beds that she thought might meet my needs and I was able to make an informed decision - thanks to her help.

When I first went into Dreams (Worcester), James Little approached me and my partner but allowed us the time to explore. The Worcester branch didn’t have the mattress that I’d seen online, but James found one that was an almost identical specification and explained the differences between traditional springs and pocket springs (something I wasn’t aware of). I explained to James that I would need to compare with another shop before making a purchase and he still seemed just as friendly. He explained that for the custom, he would be able to throw in a free gift of an item of bedding. Two weeks later, I returned to the store and was delighted to see that James was working. Having visited a competitor shop, it was clear that their customer service was not up to the same high standards. James left a lasting impression in terms of his knowledge and excellent customer service, and in a day when online purchases can easily be made, I made the choice to go back to the branch based on my first experience of the Dreams store.

The man in the store was very polite and helpful. The mattress was delivered on time and the two young men were very good in the way they took out the old mattress and fitting the new one. Well done to all concerned !
