Excellent staff member, listened to me and allowed my to try suitable products. Didn’t hurry me. Good experience. Explained what mattresses were madd out of.

James was very knowledgeable about the products, and aware of our needs, and gave us a variety of options. He and Charlotte were very friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of time to make our decision. It was a very good experience.

From the minute we walked in we were given undivided attention by James who was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He encouraged us to try several types of mattress and pillows whilst listening to our comments, answering our questions and without being pushy. We were given plenty of time to make our decision and our order was placed quickly. The other assistants were also extremely pleasant and all COVID-19 precautions appeared to be in place and adhered to at al times, as beds were sprayed down regularly and everyone wore masks.

Rachel was excellent. Friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Giorgiana was very friendly and she took time to explain everything about the bed frames and all the different mattresses she was very patient and helping me to decide with her knowledge about the products available in your Worcester branch ! A great ASSET TO DREAMS

Adam was fantastic from start to finish. We were so pleased with the service we received that another of our family members went today to buy a tempur mattress on our recommendation! We don’t even have it yet! It was Adams customer service and help that assured us!

The customer service representative who helped us (James in the Worcester branch) was incredibly helpful and attentive and made our first bed buying experience a pleasant one from start to finish. James listened carefully to our needs and made excellent suggestions of products we might like and gave us the space to explore our options and make up our minds which we really appreciated. He was kind and friendly to chat to and eased any worries we had about the process.
