Fantastic staff, who provided a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. They also gave us plenty of space and time to browse and try out products. They also offered refreshments and made our teenagers welcome

We went to the Worcester branch intending to view options for our new room which is almost built. We were met by Charlotte, who after listening to our needs made a couple of suggestions and showed us the latter. We finally made our choice and proceeded with the order, we were given a choice of delivery dates and the option to have the construction on site, this was all agreed, we now look forward to our new bed.

The lady showed us the machine to match what mattress we needed. She also showed us which ones suited our requirements and answered any questions we had. Offered us both a drink too!

We went in having never purchased a new bed before and were completely clueless what kind of bed or mattress we wanted. The staff knowledge led us to picking the right bed/mattress combo for us after trying out a number of different mattresses after using the machine
