Charlotte (from the Worcester store) was so lovely and very informative. She answered all our questions to a high standard. We felt so welcome and really enjoyed our visit and the whole experience of purchasing a mattress. I would recommend Dreams to anyone purely based on Charlotte's professional and friendly service.

I came in for a pillow and left with a pillow and mattress and have no regrets! ha Charlotte helped me alot she was very knowledgeable about the products, friendly manner and showed me a variety of products in store. It can feel overwhelming when you come into a store and your not 100%sure about what you want but with the staff here they make you feel calm, you don't feel like you have to buy something. All I all great service and would reccomend big time.

As my first time ever shopping for a new bed and mattress I don't actually have anything to compare to my experience to, but I can say say that after my experience in your store I can safely say I will only be shopping here in the future for anything bed related. The staff were exceptionally well equipped with the knowledge and patience to hone in our needs, and guide is toward the best purchase. From start to finish everything was thought of, discussed and explained in the most confident of manners.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Took the time to listen to us regarding our health needs and aches and pains in order to ensure we were looking for the correct product. The staff at dreams were incredibly helpful and friendly and made the experience of buying a bed really fun and easy. We came in the store with a vague idea of what we wanted having never bought a mattress before and quite a tight time frame to find one in, the staff were able to help us find a bed that was perfect for us and could arrive in the perfect time frame. Great mattress at an incredible price. The staff provided really helpful information about the mattress and the extended warranty, which was perfect for us. Amazing staff, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. So excited for our mattress to arrive!
